Due to the highly customized nature of our products (fully personalized, custom-printed, and tailor-made bags based on your brand guidelines), standard returns are not applicable. Returns/Discrepancy reviews are accepted only under the following conditions:
Bulk batch received exhibits severe manufacturing defects or structural damage.
Printing layout completely deviates from the officially signed-off sample.
Incorrect dimensions delivered (totally different from approved specifications).
Returns are strictly not accepted for:
Fully approved and accurately printed custom orders.
Products damaged due to improper handling, overloading, or misuse by the customer.
Change of mind, fabric preference, or color shade variations post-production.
Requests raised after the cutting or stitching process has already commenced.
To initiate a quality review or discrepancy request, please contact our administrative desk within 48 hours of batch delivery with:

Our quality assurance team will review the request and respond within 2 working days.
Since all items are custom-fabricated, standard monetary refunds are not provided for processed bulk orders.
Once the quality team inspects and approves a genuine manufacturing error on our part, the resolution will be provided via corporate Credit Notes or Adjustments toward your company’s future batch orders.
Initial booking deposits or advance payments are completely non-refundable once the raw materials have been procured and production has started.
In eligible cases of validated manufacturing defects, Balaji Bags will offer a partial or full Batch Replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement products will be pushed to our priority production line after verification.
Delivery time for replacement batches may vary based on material availability and fabric sourcing timelines.
Orders can be cancelled or altered only before production line setup.
Once the client approves the digital layout/sample and the order is pushed to the cutting and manufacturing stage, the contract cannot be cancelled or terminated.
To request a pre-production cancellation, please contact our management immediately with your Order ID.
The following cases are strictly non-returnable and non-adjustable:
Any custom bag batch that matches the approved design mockup.
Transit damages or delivery delays caused by third-party courier services or logistical partners.
Urgent rush orders placed under specific clearance or promotional discounts.
If your approved credit note or manufacturing adjustment has not been processed within 7 business days after verification, please:
